Shipping & returns

Once you have placed an order, your order will be processed within 1-10 working days. We send our packages with PostNord postal packages to the nearest PostNord agent. After your order is processed, it takes 2-5 working days to get the package delivered to the agent.
Due to high pressure at Postnord, packages may be delayed.
This is not something we have the opportunity to influence and therefore we ask you to be lenient about this.

Delivery and transport:
When you are going to redeem your package, it is important that you do this within the intended time specified in the notification. The package can otherwise be returned, which leads to you as a customer having to pay a fee of SEK 199 (The amount is deducted due to administration fees & shipping costs). The amount is deducted in connection with repayment.
Returns:
We offer a 14-day return policy

Contact us at Help@zloe.se and we will send you a return slip. We deduct a return cost of SEK 99 for a return.

We will answer your email within 3-5 working days.

Once we have received your return, we have a processing time of 1-3 working days. When we have handled and approved the return, you will receive a notification via email.

Your money will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 banking days after we have received your return. In order for your return to be approved, it is required that the products are in the same condition as you received the product in and that the price tag/tags remain on the garment.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product (if the product is not in its original condition).

If you return your order after the return period of 14 days has passed, we reserve the right to refund you with a gift card. The gift card is valid for 2 years.
